Care & Maintenance Manager

At Intercounty, we are a market leading independent estate agency, and we are looking for a Care and Maintenance Manager to join our Lettings Client Services team, based in Bishop's Stortford.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to all of our customers, along with creating a positive, supportive, and pro-active working environment for all of our team members.

We’re looking to provide a first-class professional lettings client service to landlords and tenants.

Experience working in a busy office environment, providing exceptional customer care &/or account management, would be an advantage. Knowledge of residential lettings and property management would also be an advantage but not essential.

Duties include:

· Monitoring & actioning any maintenance issues with lettings properties.

· Obtaining quotes where required.

· Progressing maintenance works to completion and processing contractor invoices.

· Managing refurbishment projects and/or insurance claims following an incident.

· Keeping the system up to date with progress notes.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
1 in 5 Saturdays - 9am - 1pm with time off in lieu the following week.
