Had to get to Saffron Walden for 8am from London, but due to a person on the line, what should have been an easy journey, turned into a nightmare. Eventually got to Saffron Walden and called Eloise. She very kindly, picked me up, took me to the flat, then took me to Audley End station. I am beyond grateful to Eloise for her kindness, generosity of spirit and expertise. She’s a treasure and a most welcome addition to the lettings team at the Saffron Walden branch.

Started a letting process with Neve as my agent, shes been great, everythings been really simple and no stress at all, shes very prompt in replying to any questions i have and let me know straight away if something she needs to continue in the process, her manager Alex is also very good at getting back to you with any questions. Natasha was pleasant and courteous. There was a mix up with the viewing times and Natasha was patient and understanding.
