Moving out of the country for work reasons and having to let our family home while we work away made us very nervous, after all we want to come home to it one day. I began discussing things with Alex Chapman (Letting Manager) who has single handed been given these 5 stars. Always responsive, always reassuring, and gave an insight into the process, and the evident care that goes into matching the right tenant with a home. No longer worried my home is going to be turned upside down, and now over the moon its going to be a home for another Family while I work away with mine. If you are cheeky enough to ask for a beer as part of the process, he even obliged with a cold bottle while I got the house ready for our brand new tenants. Pick Intercounty and 100% ASK FOR ALEX!

My rental property was with a different branch and I was not satisfied with the service I was getting. So I moved the management of my property to Alex’s team at Harlow branch. And now I’m actually getting the service I was supposed to get. I am totally happy the way I’m informed of everything thing that is going on. And with the advice I’m receiving. Highly recommend intercounty as choice of agency ? The team is always helpfull and has been Brilliant at handling any problems that come up. We been renting the same place for the past 3 years and never had problems when we asked for anything. We aspecialy great full for our property manager Olivia. She is always there to help.
